Orders and acceptance
An order is created when you submit checkout details. Hair Crown may contact you to verify information and may cancel an order where stock, pricing, payment or delivery information is invalid.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the store currency and may be changed without prior notice. Online orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Direct bank orders remain pending until the payment is verified by the Hair Crown team.
Product information
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, packaging updates and small-batch variations may result in minor differences. Cosmetic results differ between individuals and are influenced by hair condition, routine, health and consistency.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and a reachable mobile number.
Returns and hygiene
Opened cosmetic products cannot normally be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. Contact Hair Crown promptly about damaged, incorrect or defective items and retain the product and packaging while the matter is reviewed.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or payment processes, or use the website for unlawful activity.
