Processing times

Returns
For hygiene and safety, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Unopened products may be considered for return within seven days of delivery. Contact us before sending any item back so that the return can be assessed and authorised.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact the Hair Crown team within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and affected product. We will review the matter and provide the appropriate resolution.
